Nyrah Fashion Jewellery kisi bhi order ko cancel kar sakta hai agar:

• Product out of stock ho

• Pricing ya listing error ho

• Payment verification fail ho

• Suspected fraud ya misuse detect ho

• Replacement ya

• Refund (at Nyrah’s discretion) process karega.

• Approved refund 7–10 working days ke andar original payment method par credit ho jaayega.

• Bank ya payment gateway ke processing time ke kaaran delay ho sakta hai, jiske liye Nyrah responsible nahi hoga.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

 

Neeche diye gaye cases mein refund applicable nahi hoga:

• Customer ko product pasand na aana

• Color ya design ka slight variation

• Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors

• Incorrect address ya customer unavailable hone ki wajah se failed delivery

• Normal wear & tear ya improper jewellery care

• Agar Nyrah ki taraf se error confirm hota hai, toh return shipping cost Nyrah bear karega.

• Agar issue customer ki galti ki wajah se ho, toh return/refund applicable nahi hoga.

• Water, perfume, sweat, chemicals aur rough handling se jewellery damage ho sakti hai.
